Grandfather's home

I wish heaven had phones so I could hear your voice again.

This is a photo from 1931 in Bessie, Oklahoma. It's of my Great Grandfather Abraham Daniel Duerksen and his second wife Matilda Kempf.

This is where Fred was born. This is where I lived as a very small child.

The above photo is I and my brother playing in the yard of the house in Bessie.

More like eating mud instead of gardening. This is the place our great grandfather gardened.
